the new Renaissance Woman… Listen to the first song, to the first line,
even to the first chord, and you too will be sold on this young singer/songwriter

Elusively mysterious and musically intriguing, LISA WALSH takes the listener into another world with her enticing voice and unique melodic style. She beckons the ear with original songs like “Porcelain Doll” and “Coffee and Tea.”
Lisa took to humble musical beginnings in childhood, starting as a vocalist early on, and later adding piano, guitar, and alto saxophone to her repertoire. At 15 she exploded into singer-songwriterdom with her first song “Gates Closed,” which was followed by coffee shop gigs and a featured vocal position in a local jazz ensemble. In Lisa’s final year of high school she was voted the most talented female musician of her class.
Porcelain Doll was Lisa’s first professionally recorded demo, completed at the Art of Noise Studio in Hollywood during the summer of 2000. This demo later brought her to Marymount Records when the company latched onto her single “Porcelain Doll.” As a result, she was included on their multi-artist compilation album Where The Voice Grows in 2002. Currently, Lisa is working on her first self-produced album at Crossroads Studio in Orange County.
Now a veteran of such Hollywood clubs as Genghis Cohen and Molly Malone’s, Lisa continues to make music while completing her degree in Music Industry at USC. At age 21, she has written hundreds of songs, and learned through trial by fire, that you can’t keep a good musician down. Her followers call her songs “poetry in motion” synched with strong rhythms and beautiful melodies. Most of all, Lisa’s style is eclectic and awakening, bringing something new to the L.A. music scene.
